Bra Couture KC initiated our partnership with Advent Health establishing a gas card program in 2025 to provide transportation for care to uninsured men and women. We are so excited to announce that a new BCKC cancer care center for their uninsured cancer patients will open on-site in November 2026.
Care & Comfort
Key details of the gas card program:

Purpose: To ease the financial burden for patients who have access to a vehicle but lack the money for gas, or for those who must rely on family and friends for transportation to chemotherapy, radiation, and doctor visits.

Eligibility: Patients must be actively receiving cancer treatment and be considered uninsured or underinsured (typically earning at or 200% below the federal poverty level).

Additional Relief: The gas cards are often provided in tandem with other critical aid programs, such as food cards, prescription assistance, and direct payment for rent and utilities for patients who are too ill to work.
